Doubletree By Hilton Monrovia - Pasadena Area Hotel, Monrovia

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, but the thin walls allowed for noise from neighboring units. The service was friendly and accommodating for the most part, with staff going out of their way to fulfill my requests. The location, although convenient for accessing the freeway, felt a bit awkward and not as desirable as other places in the Los Angeles area. The dining experience was enjoyable with a talented chef, but the hotel has slipped slightly in comparison to other chains. However, the facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay.

The hotel had a few drawbacks like the dated rooms and blasting cold air, but overall, my stay was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The service was amazing, especially since I was preparing for my wedding. The location was stunning, and the dining experience was top-notch.

I found the location of the hotel very convenient, with beautiful palm trees and greenery around and a great view of the San Gabriel mountains. The staff was welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms, however, did not meet my expectations as the air conditioning was too cold for my liking.
